Privacy information

How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you make an enquiry, you may choose to provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, business type, goals, timing and information about your proposed site or business.

How the enquiry form works

When you submit the website form, your enquiry is securely sent to Mobile Sauna Systems, recorded in a private Google Sheet used as our lead tracker, and emailed to Daniel at Southside Media for follow-up. The form records the page you submitted from and, when present, campaign source, medium and campaign values so we can understand which marketing led to the enquiry.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether a Mobile Sauna Systems solution may suit your business or property, prepare relevant commercial information, and continue a conversation you have requested.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and actions such as commercial-pack and enquiry link clicks. This helps us improve the website and measure which pages are useful. We do not send the personal details entered in the enquiry form to Google Analytics, and advertising personalisation signals are disabled. Google may process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information under its own privacy terms.

Disclosure and retention

We do not sell enquiry information. Google Workspace services support form processing, email delivery and private business record keeping. Information is retained only for legitimate business, legal and operational purposes, and access is limited to people who need it.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes.
